What is the difference between catering and ordering online?+
Catering is full service, our events team builds a custom menu and handles delivery, setup and staffing for 10 to 500 guests. Ordering online is pickup or local delivery straight from your nearest Mesero, ready the same day with no minimum and no lead time.
How do I order Mexican food online for pickup or delivery?+
Pick your nearest Mesero location, browse the online menu and choose pickup or delivery at checkout. Family meals and party trays are available at every location, same day.
Is there a minimum order for online pickup or delivery?+
No. Online orders have no set minimum and are priced per location, from a single dinner to a party tray for 50.
How far in advance should I book Mesero catering?+
We recommend booking at least 72 hours ahead for standard events. Weddings and holiday parties in May, June, November and December book up fast across Dallas and Fort Worth, so reserve as early as you can.
Is there a minimum order for catering?+
Full service catering has a $1,500 minimum for food and beverage.
Which cities and neighborhoods do you deliver to?+
We cater and deliver from all nine Mesero locations across Dallas, Fort Worth, Southlake, Oklahoma City and Nashville. Online delivery range and catering delivery range both depend on your nearest location, check your location’s page or ask your events coordinator to confirm coverage.
Do you provide chafing dishes, utensils and setup?+
Yes, for full service catering. Chafing kits, serving utensils and setup are included at your venue or ours. Online orders come packed and ready to serve on their own, no setup needed.
Can you accommodate vegetarian, gluten free or allergy needs?+
Yes, for both online orders and catering. For catering, let us know when you submit your inquiry so we can build it into your quote. For online orders, dietary notes can be added at checkout.
Can you serve alcohol or margaritas at my event?+
Where licensing allows, yes. Hand crafted margaritas and cocktails can be added to full service catering, ask your events coordinator about bar service for your venue.
What is your cancellation and change policy?+
Policies vary by event size and lead time. Your events coordinator will walk you through cancellation windows and change deadlines when you confirm your catering quote.
