The Name

THE SPARK
It began with a simple idea: Create a space that respects the roots of Tex-Mex but isn't afraid to break the rules. The first concept, originally "Mr. Mesero," opened on McKinney Avenue, setting the standard for the hospitality-first approach.
2016
REFINING THE VISION
As the brand evolved, we expanded to iconic locations like Legacy West and Prestonwood. We introduced dishes that would become legends, cementing our status as the go-to spot for "The Best Margarita in Dallas."
