Since it includes our namesake, you know this queso has got to be pretty dang good. Not to toot our own horn but we’ve heard that it’s unlike any queso around! Spinach, artichoke, and poblano adiciones are perfectly combined with ooey-gooey queso Chihuaha for a queso you’re going to want to devour single-handedly. Turn up the heat by adding chorizo or brisket to your queso mesero.
Served in an iron skillet, it’s far more than just presentation that elevates our queso fundido game to a whole new level. With queso chihuahua as the base, we added onion, papita, and Mexican chorizo to make a decadent dish that’s finger-lickin’ good. You’ll have your choice of having it served with either a flour or corn tortilla.
Last but most certainly not least on our round-up, queso Tejano. Unlike our other two queso options, we make our queso Tejano with cheddar cheese a la Mexicana. Green and red bell pepper add depth of flavor without overwhelming the palette. One things for sure - this no-frills queso is one you’ll love.
