And here at Mesero, we can help you eat better!! We have amazingly delicious options that will not ruin your diet—we promise! Although they are lighter meals, they are still filled with the flavors you know and love from us—today we are going to tell you how you can still enjoy yourself at Mesero, even if you are on a strict diet!

Seriously, you will still be getting the flavors you love from Mesero no matter which option you choose! If you are worried about breaking your diet, we have options for you that are lower in calories and carbs—you can fit them right into your diet! Let us tell you about some of our great options that you won’t have to feel guilty about eating!
A classic staple here at Mesero, this is a great option for anyone on a diet! We know it might be in the “Community” section of our menu, but you definitely don’t have to share this—keep it for yourself! Our ceviche is filled with deliciously plump tiger shrimp that are marinated with citrus, jalapeño peppers, heirloom grape tomatoes, green onion, avocado, and cilantro! Seriously—all great flavors that are definitely diet-friendly!
Fish is always a great way to go when on a diet, and our halibut is a tasty option! Our halibut is simply grilled and comes with sautéed green beans, guajillo, and fingerling potatoes! If you are watching carbs—ask about substituting the potatoes!
Another classic option that is diet-friendly is our Carne Asada. It’s grilled skirt steak, onions, serrano, cherry tomatoes, arroz rojo, pinto beans, pico, and guacamole! If you are low-carb, ask your waiter or waitress (your Mesero!!) about switching out the rice for something else!
If you are already on a diet, chicken is probably a staple for you! If you are looking for a delicious way to enjoy chicken, try our Chicken Paillard! It’s butterflied chicken that is then grilled, with seasonal veggies on the side! So diet friendly, but still so delicious!!
